Terms and Conditions

Divine Gallery retailing via the Internet.

All products offered in the gallery are the new, free from physical and legal defects.
3rd
All prices quoted on the website are the gross prices (including VAT). The current price is appearing in the product at the time of order by the Customer.
4th
On all goods sold in our store, we issue a VAT invoice.
5th
Ordered goods are delivered by courier or through the Polish Post. The buyer is charged for delivery specified by the scale of transport.
6th
There are following forms of payment:
COD - Cash on delivery of the goods in cash at the post office or courier.
Money. We reserve the goods in our warehouse and send e-mail containing your account number. When the payment and send the goods are packed.
Additional costs associated with various forms of payment are set by the scale of transport.
7th
Each product is given the time of booking. It is time that we need to complete and deliver ordered product shipment. If the execution time would be longer than shown on our website, we contact the buyer to confirm the order and agree to the proposal deadline.
In the case of transfer payment, this deadline is extended by the time of such transfers.
Shipments are delivered the Polish Post usually within 2-5 days. The courier company delivers shipment within 1-2 working days after dispatch from our studio. We are not responsible for delays in delivery of consignments by Polish Post and courier companies.

In the case of non-conformity with the advertised product protocol incompatibilities, and any expectations about how to fulfill our obligations, should be returned at the expense of using our courier service. If your product simply you do not like it, send it to us and we will refund the money.
9th
In each of these cases, if the realization of customer demands associated with the supply of new or repaired product, all shipping and handling shall be borne by our Gallery.
10th
The information on our website does not constitute an offer within the meaning of the Civil Code. Customer making an order through the mechanisms available on the web site gallery, made an offer to buy a particular product under the conditions specified in the specification. The moment the contract of sale occurs when a written confirmation of receipt of goods by the customer on the waybill consignment.
11th
Regulations specify the terms of purchases for the Gallery. Placing an order is tantamount to agreeing to all terms and information contained in the rules. |
